No, the only hole is the main center hole. We do not pre drill these because
1. its time consuming
2. we do not know what joystick you will use
These CPO are made of baltic birch and are super soft. You can simply mark the holes and screw a #8 x 3/8 screw right into the panel without pre drilling. Baltic birch does not flake like MDF.
